Three sources of guidance

Psychology helps name beliefs, emotions, learned expectations, relationships, and coping patterns. Learning science helps explain attention, memory, repetition, feedback, stress, and practiced responses. Scripture provides the school’s foundation for truth, identity, wisdom, responsibility, hope, renewal, and redemption.

Claim-strength rule

Established findings may be stated directly. Mixed, small, observational, or preliminary findings use words such as “may,” “is associated with,” or “evidence suggests.” Hypotheses and personal interpretations are labeled. Educational claims should remain truthful, useful, and proportionate to the evidence.

Music and frequency claims

Hertz describes frequency; decibels describe sound level. MJA examines lyrics, volume, repetition, memory, reward, culture, and personal context so music can be considered with wisdom and practical awareness.

Safety and appropriate care

Manuals dealing with depression, anxiety, addiction, eating, trauma, abuse, or danger include routes to qualified and emergency help. Children’s materials require trusted-adult participation, never promise secrecy, and never use drawings or colors to diagnose a child.

Source and review standard

Research-facing claims must be traceable to a direct source, DOI, or named authoritative evidence set. Automated inventory checks support review by qualified clinical, Scripture, and language professionals.

Core public references include NIMH on psychotherapies, NCCIH on relaxation techniques, WHO safe-listening guidance, and the individual source notes inside applicable manuals.
