Terms of Service
MJA Life Architect School provides educational, coaching, creative, and faith-based resources. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, or emergency services. Results differ by person and are never guaranteed.
Listed prices are in U.S. dollars and shown before tax. Applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar transaction tax is calculated through Stripe Automatic Tax using the product and customer location where Stripe supports that calculation. The final total is displayed before payment. A digital purchase is a single-person license unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
Complete Digital School Membership: $29 USD per month plus applicable tax. It renews automatically until canceled and provides access to the current published membership library while active. Private coaching, custom work, printed books, and separately identified services are not included. Cancel through the secure Stripe portal at any time; access normally continues through the paid billing period. Previously purchased one-time products remain available under their purchase terms.
Identity Arcade access: one Identity Token equals $2 and opens only the clearly named game chapter or chamber set shown at checkout. An unlock includes unlimited retries and replay; mistakes never consume tokens. Tokens do not buy Intel, wisdom, identity, character, salvation, holiness, or spiritual standing. Earlier all-games memberships remain honored and may be canceled through the secure Stripe membership portal; cancellation stops future renewals and access normally continues through the already-paid billing period.
Privacy Policy
We collect only information needed to process the order, deliver the requested product, provide support, protect access, and keep required business records. Customer stories and uploaded photos are private production materials and are never permission for advertising. Separate written permission is required for public use.
Optional anonymous website analytics remain off unless the visitor chooses to allow them. MJA does not use advertising cookies. A visitor may decline analytics without losing shopping, purchasing, support, or library access.
Stripe processes payment information. MJA does not store full card numbers. Do not submit passwords, full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, verification codes, or unnecessary medical records through support or the concierge.
Custom work and delivery
Custom work begins after payment and all required information, permissions, and usable photos are received. The checkout page must state the delivery estimate before payment. One revision is included only when the product description says so. Additional revisions or major direction changes may cost extra and require approval first.
Refund Policy
Digital products may be reviewed for cancellation within seven days only when they have not been opened, accessed, or downloaded. After access or download, digital products are generally nonrefundable except where required by law, the file is defective, or verified access cannot be restored. Custom work may be cancelled before production begins. After production begins, completed labor may be nonrefundable. Duplicate charges and verified technical failures will be reviewed promptly. Never purchase twice to solve an access problem.
Canceling a membership prevents future renewals and does not automatically refund a completed billing period. Duplicate membership charges, unauthorized charges, and verified access failures will be reviewed promptly, subject to applicable law.
Delivery Policy
After Stripe verifies payment, the confirmation page provides an immediate button to open the protected purchase. A backup confirmation email is also attempted. Customers do not need a Google or ChatGPT account: the checkout email and Stripe receipt number can restore access on another device through the protected access page.
Manuals, drills, schedules, workbooks, and visual companions are delivered as protected PDF files. Released songs are delivered as protected MP3 files. Access remains in the customer library; there is no shareable public download link. A reasonable daily access limit protects purchases from link sharing, and Customer Support can help with a legitimate device or access problem.
Youth participation
A parent or legal guardian must purchase, consent, and supervise participation for anyone under 18. The program should not request a child’s private story or photo without verified guardian permission.
Accessibility and support
We aim for readable text, keyboard-friendly navigation, clear labels, and plain language. If something blocks access, use the support form and identify the page and problem. Customers receive a reference number for every saved request.
Intellectual property and licensed use
Original MJA manuals, drills, frameworks, artwork, course language, music, and custom deliverables remain the intellectual property of Michael Aguiar and MJA Life Architect School and are protected by copyright and contract. Buying a product gives one named purchaser a limited, revocable, nontransferable license for personal educational use. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying system.
Removing watermarks; sharing account access; copying, uploading, reselling, republishing, scraping, bulk-extracting, or distributing protected material; or using it to train, fine-tune, benchmark, prompt, retrieve for, or build another artificial-intelligence system is prohibited unless MJA gives separate written permission. Protected files may contain visible purchaser identification, a traceable license number, embedded ownership metadata, and access records used to investigate unauthorized distribution.
Security limits and customer responsibility
MJA uses receipt-verified access, verified product entitlements, protected delivery, individualized watermarks, limited automated access, security logging, and server-side secret storage. No internet system can honestly promise that copying, screenshots, device compromise, or unauthorized access is impossible. Customers should protect their Stripe receipt, keep devices updated, and report suspected misuse promptly through support.
